We'd found Jonathan on an internet search when looking for a realtor and contacted him from Canada, 18 months prior to our desired purchase date. Our 'wish list' was taken seriously, as he began to advise us on properties. It was a real pleasure to have Jonathan as our real estate agent when we bought our house in Sarasota recently. He has great knowledge of the local market and was able to help us narrow down all the options and find the perfect home. He works very hard, and is always available to assist no matter how small the issue. He is easy going and makes each interaction enjoyable. He had a good understanding of the local housing market and combined that knowledge with the details he learned about what was important to us. The end result was that we purchased the perfect house, and even felt like we got it for a good price! Jonathan has an engaging personality. He’s hard working and very responsive. He maintained the right level of contact, ranging from constant feedback when we were in town house shopping, to backing off and giving us time to reflect and plan our next moves when we returned home. Selling a home long distance brings additional wrinkles, but Jonathan dealt with all aspects to get the job done, from an excellent referral to a NJ realty company initially, to overseeing the closing upon completion.
