Jonathan was referred to us by a realtor friend in Massachusetts. We came to Florida in October 2015 with the hopes of finding our permanent residence on the Gulf coast. We looked in many communities from Naples to Anna Maria Island. It was Jonathan who took the time to ask about our lifestyle and habits. He recommended Venice and we couldn't be happier. After looking at several homes we found the one! The purchasing process was handled long distance as we had to return North but all went smoothly with Jonathan keeping us informed every step of the way.
