He was first selected to be the sole representation for SANSARA, a $36,000,000 condominium tower completed in the heart of downtown. Having seen the process from the ground up to the full sell out of all 17 residences, Jonathan further developed his knowledge in the new construction field, adding a vital extra layer of expertise for buyers, sellers and developers looking to succeed in this coveted market area. To date, Jonathan has represented 6 new developments with closed and projected sales well over $250M. The most recent being The Collection, a spectacular boutique luxury 12 residence tower completed in 2023 in Downtown Sarasota.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Jonathan Abrams relocated to Florida’s Gulf Coast in 2002, where he lived on Longboat and Siesta Keys before finally settling on the mainland in Sarasota.
